Cooperation Models & Intellectual Property

Four Ways to Work With Us

Whether you already have hardware and need software, already have software and need hardware, or have neither and need a partner to build the whole product — there is a model below that fits. All four run on the same eight-layer stack and the same accountable project manager.

Cooperation Models

Choose the level of ownership you want

You set the boundary. We deliver everything on our side of it, and nothing crosses the line without your written agreement.

01

Pure Hardware Contract Manufacturing (OEM)

You define the specification; we produce the PCBA or the complete unit under your brand and your label. Straightforward, fast, and priced on manufacturing rather than development.

Best for: brand owners who already have a software team and only need a manufacturing partner.

02

Software White-Label Licensing

Our firmware, protocol stack, IoT middle platform and applications delivered under your logo and your UI. Your hardware, our software, your product identity.

Best for: hardware vendors who need cloud, firmware and visualisation capability without building a software division.

03

Turnkey ODM

Hardware, firmware, cloud, application and visualisation — delivered as one integrated, working, certified product. The complete package from specification to shipment.

Best for: brands who want to launch a new product quickly without assembling a multi-discipline engineering team.

04

Joint Development

Both parties define the product together, share intellectual property and iterate on it over the long term. A genuine engineering partnership rather than a supplier relationship.

Best for: strategic partners building a product line together over several years.

Customisation Flow

Five stages, defined deliverables

You provide the requirement and the certification target. We provide BOM analysis, system architecture, quotation, prototype, design validation and mass production.

01

Requirement & NDA

Two-way NDA signed before any technical exchange. You define chip platform, specification, enclosure, certification and compliance.

02

BOM, Architecture & Quote

We return BOM analysis, system architecture and a costed quotation — including component sourcing strategy and lifecycle risk.

03

Prototype

Working samples with firmware and cloud connectivity, for functional, interface and mechanical validation.

04

Design Validation

DVT, thermal, EMC pre-scan and reliability testing. Certification documentation prepared with you.

05

Mass Production

SMT, assembly, complete-unit test, aging and shipment — with continued component supply continuity.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Your design files stay yours

This is the question every serious client asks, usually before anything else. Here is how we handle it.

  • A mutual NDA is signed before cooperation begins. Technical data, BOMs, source code and client information are strictly confidential.
  • Ownership of custom-developed hardware, firmware and software IP is explicitly defined in the contract — and can be assigned to the client.
  • Client design files and production data are physically and logically segregated, handled by dedicated staff under full audit.
  • No client design, brand or project is referenced publicly without written permission.
  • Source code licensing and escrow arrangements can be included where required.

Export Readiness

Certification and compliance support

Selling into overseas markets is as much a compliance exercise as a technical one. We prepare the technical file; you own the certificate.

Product Certification

Support through CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UL processes — including test documentation, technical files and liaison with accredited laboratories.

Export Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes, certificate of origin and material declarations — prepared to match your destination market.

Regional Compliance

Data protection alignment for GDPR markets, and optional SM2 / SM3 / SM4 cryptography for regions with domestic-algorithm requirements.

Which model fits your project?

Describe what you have today and what you need to be true in twelve months. We will suggest the cooperation model, the scope and the realistic path to production.
